We have implemented some changes on the IT Support Portal that we would like you to know about.
When you login to the portal to create a ticket, you will be presented with a new interface to interact with. We have enabled a friendly AI chat bot that is very eager and willing to answer any IT related question you may have.
Please ask the chat bot a question, keep it simple, then based on certain keywords in your question, the chat bot will attempt to show you possible solutions from our knowledge base. If the solution is not quite what you were looking for, you will have the option of re-phrasing the question again.
If the knowledge base has not been helpful, you may then create a ticket in the normal manner.
We do request that if an article in the knowledge base is not very helpful to you, then please provide us with some feedback as to how we can improve the article to be more helpful
