REMINDER: Please check on the status of your ticket!

Hi
This is just a gentle reminder to please check up on the status of your ticket that you have created in the IT Support portal.
You may be waiting for something to happen, but we may be waiting on you for some additional information that we require from you.
Once you have logged into the portal, Freddy will present you with a friendly greeting, offering three options
1. Questions/Issue
2. My Tickets
3. Pending Approvals
To see the status of your tickets, please select on option 2 "My Tickets"
Next you will be presented with two options
1. Unresolved Tickets
2. All Tickets
You may choose any of the two options as you desire, and you will be presented with a list of your current tickets that you have open with us.
Select one of the tickets by left clicking on the one you want to interact with. It will show you the current status of the ticket.
Ticket status options are as follows:
1, Being Processed
2, Awaiting your reply
3. This ticket has been closed
Please note that if a ticket has a status of "AWAITING YOUR REPLY" it means, we have responded back to you, but we need some information from you so we can help you.
Click on the ticket and you will be presented with the information in your ticket, together with an option where you can reply. Look for "Click here to reply to this ticket" and click on this option.
A dialog window will be shown to you, where you can write your reply. Once you have completed your response, click on the blue "Send" button as shown below.
We hope this information will help you to get resolution on your current outstanding tickets sooner.
We also want to remind you once again, to please close any tickets that you have outstanding in the IT Support portal and provide some feedback of your experience, it will be very helpful to us.
