Did you know you can chat live with us, just go to the landing page on the intranet, (http://intranet.cfni.org) and look bottom right of your screen for a black looking icon that looks like this

To access the chat portal, left click on this icon with your mouse pointer and it will open a chat window where you can chat to us LIVE.
On this chat portal you may ask us to clear print jobs. Lets say you start a print job and by accident you requested to print too many copies on the XEROX printer, you want us to delete the job. You can make general IT related inquiries, if your inquiry warrants making a ticket, we can do so from there.
Installation / Update of software application on your PC or Mac computer that needs our assistance. (typically administrator access)
An IT EMERGENCY will require you to make a phone call to the IT office for assistance without having to make a ticket in the IT Support Portal.
The number to dial in such an emergency is 6247
Your computer will not switch on or start up correctly, you have no way to create a ticket to report your issue.
Unlock your active directory account - you cannot login to your computer, you forgot your password and need a reset.
Your computer is working fine, but you have no internet access, be aware that your phone may be connected to the same network cable as your computer, you may have to use another phone nearby.
