We would like you to know that the IT department is doing all it can to get you all sorted with working remotely. We will get to you as soon as we can.

If we set up Team Viewer on your computer, please leave your computer turned on, and do not close the teamviewer application. It is possible to close the app while you are working remotely. So please be careful not to close the application.

The intranet is available from home. Go to http://intranet.cfni.org. Just login with your CFNI email address

You have access to your myPhone portal. Go to https://portal.xo.bizcommservices.com/MyPhone

IT Support portal. Go to http://itsupport.cfni.org/

Cams faculty portal. Go to http://eportal.cfni.org/faculty/

If you have a ticket, do not make a new one, open up the same ticket, provide us with a cell number for assistance. This will help us expedite your issue if we can call you.
