We would like to remind you that when you submit a ticket in the IT Support portal, that you keep the SUBJECT line as SHORT as possible, basically summarizing your request in as few words as possible.
If you have more to say, then use the "More Details/Comments" box to tell us all the detail you want to share with us. Once you have submitted your ticket, you can still add more information afterward if needed by adding a reply to the ticket inside your portal.
