ATTENTION STAFF: Reminder about your "MyPhone" portal

We would like to remind you that you have a web based portal for your phone. It is called MyPhone Portal.
In the portal you can do the following
access to your voice mail messages
control features on your phone like do not disturb and call forwarding
create rules and schedules
manage your personal directory, view the enterprise directory and from your personal/enterprise directory instruct your phone to make a call
manage speed dial numbers
view your call history
from your personal/enterprise directory instruct your phone to make a call
For the staff members that are now returning to the office and you had call forwarding enabled, you can manage the call forwarding feature in your MyPhone portal by yourself.
The easiest way to access your MyPhone portal will be from the CFNI intranet home page. If you look on the main menu on the top row from left to right, you will see a link that says MyPhone Portal. Click on this link and it will take you to a login screen where you have to enter your credentials.
If you do not have credentials to access your MyPhone portal, please make a ticket in the IT Support portal and we will be happy to assist you.
