ATTENTION STAFF: What we expect as "Details" in your ticket

As a follow on topic from a couple of days ago, we informed you to keep the "Subject" line in your ticket SHORT, we now want to expand on this idea and show you what it is we expect you to provide in the "More Details/Comments" area of your ticket.
Just like the subject line, we want the information that you provide us with, to be short, concise and to the point. Stick to the facts of the problem at hand. If we had to say this another way, we do not require "a lengthy paragraph" of your problem where you describe every intricate bit of detail, furthermore try not to diagnose the problem yourself. We will most likely follow up with questions in order to make a determination of what to do next. Usually in this process, the details become more clear as we proceed further down the timeline. Following this approach will save you time filling out your ticket, and less time invested on our part in deciphering what it is you are saying.
We may even give you a call on your office phone to provide us with more detail if necessary. We realize that not everybody fully understands computer terminology the way that we understand it. Having a quick conversation can clear up some misunderstood details very quickly.
We hope this information helps you when you fill out your next ticket.
Thank you, and have a super awesome blessed and fun filled day.
