We want all staff to SHUTDOWN computers at the end of your workday today, if your computer needs updates, then we respectfully ask that you allow it to do updates, we have noticed that there are many computers online that have not received the latest security updates and patches for Windows and Microsoft Office tools. We will appreciate it very much if you can do this, thank you.

We would like to remind you about the online chat feature we have on the CFNI intranet page. If you login to the CFNI Intranet home page, you will see a small icon on the bottom right hand corner of the page, it looks like this.

If you left click with your mouse, on this icon, you will be presented with a pop up window where you can chat with us LIVE via text. Please note we may not always reply immediately, but we will try and reply as soon as we can. You can ask us questions, about your IT Issues, and if we deem it necessary, we can turn that conversation directly into an IT Support ticket.

In this season that we are right now this is a great way to apply "Social Distancing" in a practical way.
